LeoLabs announced more than $100 million in bookings across U.S. and Allied customers, doubling its bookings growth year over year as it scales radar manufacturing. The company said its Seeker and Scout radar systems are already moving through its U.S. production line for delivery in 2027, reflecting accelerating demand for space superiority and missile defense support.
The company described the growth as building on its established intelligence business, with surging demand for its next-generation radars driving the expansion. LeoLabs said it is turning that demand into fielded capability by expanding its capacity to build and field multiple radars concurrently.
LeoLabs is leveraging an established U.S. supply chain of contract manufacturers and component suppliers to expand its production footprint and increase output while maintaining rapid delivery timelines as volume grows. The company is also accelerating hiring for highly technical roles across radar and software engineering, manufacturing, systems integration, and operations, with plans to nearly double its employee base by the end of 2026.
LeoLabs Seeker and LeoLabs Scout systems are already in production, the company said. An engineer is shown building the chassis, or framework, of a LeoLabs Scout-S scheduled for delivery in early 2027.
"Our customers need more sensors in more locations, and they need them faster," said Tony Frazier, Chief Executive Officer of LeoLabs. "We are building the radar production capacity, supplier partnerships and specialized workforce to meet that need. With LeoLabs Scout and Seeker systems already in production, we are turning bookings momentum into rapidly fielded capabilities for our U.S. and Allied defense customers."
By scaling production, LeoLabs said it will support both the growth of its company-owned and operated radar network and the delivery of sovereign systems to government customers. The company stated that the additional capacity will enable it to field more radars on shorter timelines and across more locations in support of a growing range of defense missions.
LeoLabs did not name specific next milestones beyond its stated 2027 delivery timeline for the Seeker and Scout systems, its plan to nearly double its employee base by the end of 2026, and the early 2027 delivery of a Scout-S unit now in production.
